The Missouri Travel Council, Missouri Society of Government Meeting Professionals and the Missouri Society of Association Executives invite you to attend the 2019 Missouri Event Summit: A Taste of Missouri.

The Missouri Event Summit is adding a flavorful twist to the 2019 event with the theme “A Taste of Missouri.” Join us for this event and get face-to-face time with properties, convention and visitors bureaus, and many resources that will simplify your event planning. The 2019 Event Summit will be a flavorful experience with the same opportunities to network that you have enjoyed in the past.

The Missouri Event Summit: A Taste of Missouri will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Capitol Bluffs Event Center, 1616 Oilwell Road, Jefferson City.

Prize drawings for planners will be held throughout the evening. We encourage you to stay for the entire event and enjoy the experience. The prize drawings will take place in a different format than in the past. The first round of drawings will begin around 5 p.m. Attendees will need to collect their prizes from the registration desk by 6:30 or the prizes will be entered into a second drawing.

Planners and guests must be at least 21 years old to attend. Guests are not eligible for prize drawings, but are welcome to attend the event.

Missouri Event Summit is jointly hosted and sponsored by the Missouri Society of Association Executives, Missouri Travel Council and the Society of Government Meeting Professionals. Please note: To participate in the 2019 Missouri Event Summit, you must be a current member of at least one of these sponsoring organizations.
