MSAE 2019 Salary and Benefits Survey is Here

MSAE is pleased to announce the release of our 2019 Salary and Benefits Survey.  This was the first time that MSAE collaborated with state societies of association executives from across the country to produce this valuable tool.  The survey was conducted in February 2019 with 893 participating associations in 30 states. It is conducted every two years by state societies of association executives with Whorton Marketing & Research..

There are 3 reports available.  The Missouri State Level Report showing the responses of your in-state or regional peers to all compensation and benefits related questions including a detailed table showing mean, median, and quartiles for 39 specific positions being tracked in the survey.  This report is supplemented by a 65-page 2019 National Report that features a graphical presentation of the findings with narrative discussing each finding, and detailed tables showing how compensation levels, staff characteristics, leave, retirement, insurance, and the roles of the CEO vary by size (ranges of FTE staff and annual revenue), Census Area, geographic scope of the organization, and its membership structure. In addition we've prepared an executive summary.

MSAE members can purchase the Missouri specific report along with the executive summary for $50, and can include the national data report for an additional $25 -- a total of $75. Non-members can purchase the state specific report and executive summary for $100, and the full set of reports for $125.  Click below to order.
