We are seeking a Division Vice President of Membership Services to oversee and lead the West Division of MHA’s field operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and driving strategic and operational excellence with member hospitals as measured by member satisfaction and engagement. This role provides executive leadership for our West Division of member hospitals, supports the development of membership services staff, and works closely with member hospitals to advance regional priorities. This position also leads member engagement, advocacy, workforce initiatives, education and networking events, political action committee fundraising, and key external relationships while representing MHA at local, state, and federal meetings.
