The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri, is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager:

  • Directs telemarketing and prospecting of Delphi sales group accounts based on assigned territory.
  • Prospect and cold call in respective territory to generate new business accounts The Lodge of Four Seasons.
  • Generate and facilitate all administrative work (contracts, proposals, letters, forecast, trip reports, trade shows, and expense reports).
  • Attend trade show and make outside sales calls in assigned territories.
  • Handle on property site inspections, Entertainment events i.e. customer lunches and dinners.
  • Responsible for thorough knowledge of rate structure, room types, and overall structure of all departments in the Hotel and their specific areas of responsibility.
  • Responsible for timely communication with existing client base, prospecting for new clients, and handling cold calls.
  • Responsible for written documentation of each solicitation, appropriate follow up or action and proper trace time.
  • When booking, responsible for preparing proper contract with follow up to include blocking function space and thereafter acting as liaison between client and Convention Coordinator.
  • Coordinate with Reservations adequate room block and designation of VIP's, hospitality suites, and reservation cut off rates.
  • Insures that while in house, the program is executed smoothly and according to the client's direction.
  • Attends resume meetings when scheduled by Conference Services.
  • At the direction of the Director of Sales, attend trade shows, industry functions and take sales trips to call on existing and potential clients
  • Achieves assigned sales quotas.
  • Employees who handle monetary transactions (i.e. cash banks, checks, cash, credit cards, etc.) will follow established cash handling procedures as outlined in the Company’s Policies and Procedures Manual.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent guest service skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and guests.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are expected.
